Immune Booster Tea Ingredients  2 parts whole dried schizandra berries  2 parts dried elder berries  1 part astragalus root  1 part fresh ginger Cinnamon bark chips Stevia to taste  Directions  • Place the herbs in a saucepan and cover with 4 cups of water.  • Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes.  • Add stevia during the last 5 minutes of the simmer time.  • Allow the tea to steep for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients  1 part elder flowers  1 part catnip  1 part hyssop  ½ part yarrow  ½ part licorice root Directions  Place licorice and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.  Remove from heat and add the elder, catnip, and yarrow.  Steep for 20 minutes then strain and serve hot.

Ingredients  1 part chamomile  1 part lemon balm  1 part skullcap  1 part oatstraw Dried lemon peel to taste   Directions   Mix all herbs into a clean dry container with a tightly sealed lid for storage.   Use 1 – 2 teaspoons for each 8 ounces of water.   Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.   Add herbs and steep covered for 15 minutes.   Strain and serve.
